I accept all work as having been satisfactorily performed. Both the Product(s) covered by this work order and the premises have been left in good condition. I release, save and hold harmless Kimball Appliance for any damage, claims or causes of action related to the work performed.  Mattress sets, Furniture and Pillows are not returnable.
